My new addiction with black and white and everything neutral, so satisfying!
and makes getting dressed a hell of a lot easier as everything matches.
Hmm only downside would be finding enough different textured materials to fit every type of garment(wool blend, cotton, silk)
When ever i get a new idea or project the only thing i am pedantic about in the process is the material of it.

I made the cape in the first two pictures. i had already bought the pattern and really wanted to use hounds tooth fabric and i found exactly enough on my holiday to Bundaberg! C:

I have likeee, 4 or 5 basic outfit that i always have at the front of my closet or sometimes just in my head when its super messy and then add things to it like a bag or coat shoes scarf etc depending on where when and what it is i am going too.

Mmm craving gossip girl like headbands but cant find many and all the ones on ebay are overpriced.

Work It Owttt

Today i did so much work at school (more than usual actually)

So its surprising i still have any energy left!!
They say year 10 (sophomore year? the first year of senior school anyway) is easy compared to year 11 and 12 But i am working my ass off i don't even want to imagine the next two years or i might faint ha ha.
I have a surprise . . . . I will be posting pictures of me very soon indeed.
I have at last captured the camera and tripod!
So victory is mine :D
And yes i did win soccer yesterday, both games (under 15's and woman's)
it was raining sideways and very windy probably 10 degrees? FREEZING in other words :(

HOOOORAY

After waiting long and patiently i will soon be getting my own laptop :)

I was gonna get my sisters then i was gonna get one for my birthday and then a big long gap of nothingness and now, the wait is over, or is it?

rise and shine!

Just woke up. I didn't post yesterday so i felt guilty i promised i would stick to it so i gotta keep to it. Yesterday my family went to a dress up party but i didnt go because i had soccer today :) And in august my sister is having a dress up party too, i really dont know what to go as. The theme is rich and famous. I was thinking of going as Sophia Loren but would they recognize me in a fur coat and hat? Any ideas guy? Please help! Genna xxx

Today it wouldnt decide it it wanted to bucked down or not. If it wanted to be hot or cold and whether the sun wanted to come out or not!
Hopefully tomorrow i can go and see the new fast and the furious movie ^_^
Ad for The City is on TV and it makes me cringe every time i see how Olivia stole Whitneys look!! And then still taking all the cred for it when they were talking to the london manager guy. Poor Whit :(

Design & Decor

Today was time to ring our work experience employers to confirm the dates and luckily the lady accepted me :) Its at an interior design place. Note yes design which in the careers book means looks over construction of designs etc. but i want the decorator side of it like planning, measuring and working with fabrics. I know i said i would really like a career in fashion and i do its first preference but seeing as i live in a small country town that's not really an option here so i had to go second best. Was i going to do it at Lincraft ? no i didnt think so :) Here are somebeautiful Moroccan interior pictures which i love and yes, magically inspire me

Polyvore IS Chic

i just made my entry for the polyvore & chictopia collaboration competition. i guess i'm happy with it but i hope i can enter many more :) school just came back from holidays, so its now term 2 for us and i am already not enjoying it, i really want to do well but i get bored so easily, luckily yesterday i got my fix of Russh, a truly amazing magazine and have just started reading it. you should really have flick through i know you will enjoy it as much as i do :) it has Karmen Pedaru (Yes, wearing Louis Vuitton :p) on the front cover and she looks beautifullll. i know it will take me at least a week to get from cover to cover but its so worth it, it inspires me to get up off the couch so i cant complain!
